The BOC of PTPP Conducts Working Visit to Subsidiary


PT PP (Persero) Tbk, one of the leading, leading, and largest construction and investment companies in Indonesia (“PTPP”) through the Board of Commissioners made a working visit to the Cinere-Jagorawi Toll Road Section 3 construction project which was built by one of its subsidiaries, namely PT PP Presisi Tbk (“PPRE”). The working visit was also attended by the ranks of the Board of Commissioners of PTPP, namely: Andi Gani Nena Wea as President Commissioner concurrently Independent Commissioner, Nur Rochmad as Independent Commissioner, Ernadhi Sudarmanto as Commissioner, and Loso Judiajanto as Commissioner accompanied by the Directors and Management of PTPP, namely Yul Ari Pramuraharjo as Director of Operations for Infrastructure, Yuyus Juarsa as SVP Corporate Secretary of PTPP. In addition, PPRE and LMA Management also attended the event, including: Rully Noviandar as PPRE President Director, Wira Zukhrial as PPRE Director of Equipment, SCM and IT, Benny Pidakso as PPRE Finance, Risk Management and HCM Director, Darwis Hamzah as PPRE Director PPRE Operations, Sumardi as PPRE Independent Commissioner, Indrajaya as PPRE Independent Commissioner, Mustarno as LMA Finance Director, and Rizky as LMA Operations Director. To suppress and prevent the spread of Covid-19, the implementation of the working visit of the Board of Commissioners implemented a strict Covid-19 health protocol.

The Cinere-Jagorawi Toll Road Construction Project Section 3, located in Depok City, West Java, was carried out by KSO PPRE – LMA and has a total contract value of Rp. 1.2 trillion. The Cinere-Jagorawi (Cijago) Toll Road is part of the National Strategic Project (PSN) with a total length of 14.64 Kilometers which is part of the Jakarta Outer Ring Road (JORR-II) Toll Road network and was built to reduce traffic congestion from Bogor- Depok-Soekarno Hatta Airport. The number of structural buildings of the Cijago Section III Toll Road consists of 12 (twelve) bridges, 17 (seventeen) box culverts, 7 (seven) toll gates and built with 2 (two) lanes – 6 (six) lanes along 5, 7 Kilometers. PPRE and its subsidiary, PT LMA (“LMA”) collaborate to complete the project work in the third quarter of 2022.
