PT PP (Persero) Tbk (PTPP) issued debt securities in the form of bonds and sukuk worth a total of IDR 2 trillion. PTPP's Shelf-Registered Bonds III Phase I of 2021 (Bonds) worth IDR 1.5 trillion, and PTPP's Sustainable Sukuk Mudharabah I Phase I of 2021 (Sukuk Mudharabah) of IDR 500 billion were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on Monday ( 05/07). In the issuance of the Bonds and Sukuk Mudharabah, PT Pemeringkat Efek Indonesia assigned a rating of idA (Single A) for the Bonds and idA(sy) (Single A Syariah) for Sukuk Mudharabah.
The Continuous Public Offering of PTPP's Shelf-Registered Bonds III and Shelf-Registered Sukuk I received positive responses from investors. Where this can be seen from the bookbuilding results, namely oversubscribed as much as 1.8x for bonds and 1.2x for Sukuk Mudharabah offered. The issuance of Mudharabah Bonds and Sukuk in this first phase succeeded in raising funds of Rp. 2 trillion to maintain the company's financial ratios so that they have more dynamic space in running business so that they can play a role in encouraging national economic growth.
Shelf-Registered Bonds III and Shelf-Registered Sukuk Mudharabah I will raise a total of Rp4 trillion, consisting of Shelf-Registered Bonds III of Rp3 trillion and Shelf-Registered Sukuk Mudharabah I of Rp1 trillion. This PUB will take place in 2 (two) stages where in this first stage, PTPP managed to raise funds of Rp. 2 trillion, consisting of bonds of Rp. 1.5 trillion and Sukuk Mudharabah of Rp. 500 billion. The funds raised from the bonds will be used for working capital and refinancing, while the funds from the Sukuk Mudharabah will be used entirely for the company's working capital.
The bonds with a value of Rp. 1.5 trillion are divided into 2 (two) Series, namely: Series A of Rp. 850 billion for a period of 3 (three) years with a coupon rate of 8.50% per year and Series B of Rp. 650 billion for a period of time. a period of 5 (five) years with a coupon rate of 9.10% per annum with quarterly payment of Bond interest coupons.
Meanwhile, Sukuk Mudharabah amounting to Rp500 billion is also divided into 2 (two) Series, namely: Series A amounting to Rp400 billion for a period of 3 (three) years with a ratio of 85% of the revenue shared with an indication of profit sharing equivalent to 8, 5% per annum and Series B amounting to Rp100 billion for a period of 5 (five) years with a 91% ratio of revenue shared with an indication of profit sharing equivalent to 9.1% per annum with payment of revenue sharing for Sukuk Mudharabah on a quarterly basis.
